These resources give you some pointers on how to make sure you do your part to build a strong relationship with your boss.<\/p>\n<p><b>What does it mean to manage up?<\/b> If you\u2019ve ever worked for a boss who is disorganized, scatterbrained or simply overworked you know how difficult it can be to figure out exactly what\u2019s expected of you. This doesn\u2019t mean you have a bad boss, but it could be a sign that your manager is swamped.
